Winterfest typically happens in early December. A voluntary suggested donation is requested of attendees. All proceeds benefit NHS Friends of Music, Inc.. Over the years many different groups have performed at this event including The Contemporary Music Ensemble, Counterpoint, Fermata Nowhere, Jazz Ensemble, Strings, Small Group Perfomances, Subway Dwarves and The Treble Rebels. Often recent alumni return for the tradition of singing the Halleluia Chorus at the end of the concert.
