WELCOME RECEPTION
The Parent Welcome Reception is a chance for parents of students involved in the Fine and Performing Arts to meet and mingle. Hosted at the Needham History Center and Museum near Newman School, it features live music, refreshments, and the opportunity to meet NHS Fine and Performing Arts faculty. Parent networking is a vital component of Friends of Music; attendees can learn about the opportunities available at the High School including District Auditions, Students Acting to Make a Difference (SAMD), Jazz Night and many more!
YEAR-END APPRECIATION RECEPTION
The End of Year Appreciation Reception gives parents of students involved in the Fine and Performing Arts the chance to celebrate a great year of music and theater at Needham High School. Hosted at the Needham History Center and Museum near Newman School, it features live music and refreshments. The evening also gives Friends of Music the opportunity to recognize volunteers who have given their support and encouragement to the NHS music and theater community.
FOM BOARD MEETINGS
We welcome new members to our general board meetings. We meet at 7:00 p.m. in the Faculty Lunch Room at Needham High School. The General Meetings begin at 7:30 and are open to all. Please consider yourself invited, and bring a friend! The 2018-2019 meetings will be held on the following dates:
